Vin\u00e7lerin periyodik kontrollerinin yap\u0131lmas\u0131 ve operat\u00f6rlerin e\u011fitimli olmas\u0131 hem g\u00fcvenli \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ko\u015fullar\u0131n\u0131n gere\u011fi, hem de yasal d\u00fczenlemelerin zorunlu k\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir uygulamad\u0131r. Operat\u00f6rlerin vin\u00e7lerin en kritik par\u00e7alar\u0131 olan kancalar ve halatlar\u0131 her kullan\u0131m \u00f6ncesi g\u00f6rsel kontrolden ge\u00e7irmesi de \u00e7ok \u00f6nemlidir.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>RM Mechatronics taraf\u0131ndan vin\u00e7 muayenesi \u00f6ncesinde, makinenin varsa bir \u00f6nceki periyodik kontrol raporu g\u00f6zden ge\u00e7irilir ve \u00f6nceki muayenede bir uygunsuzluk tespit edilmi\u015fse, bu uygunsuzlu\u011fun giderilip giderilmedi\u011fi mutlaka kontrol edilir. Akabinde farkl\u0131 vin\u00e7 tipleri i\u00e7in \u00f6zelle\u015fmi\u015f teknik kontroller ba\u015flar \u00f6rne\u011fin rayl\u0131 kuleler i\u00e7in ray kontrolleri, halat ve tambur kontrolleri gibi kontroller tamamlan\u0131r.
